Community Partner Training is built for coalitions, networks, or informal clusters of organizations that need to row in the same direction on housing and homeownership efforts. Instead of each group interpreting program rules or roles on their own, we create shared understanding and practical ways of working together.

We design sessions around your specific context—whether you are aligning outreach for a new down payment assistance program, coordinating referrals to a housing resource center, or clarifying how counseling and lending partners interact. Trainings can include cross‑training on each partner's services, walk‑throughs of the client journey, and exercises to spot handoff problems before they affect families.

We also cover foundational skills for collaboration: communication practices, conflict resolution, data‑sharing basics, and simple governance options for ongoing joint work. When needed, we incorporate bilingual facilitation to ensure everyone can fully participate.
