Strategic & Long-Term Engagements — Custom Proposal
Larger or multi-phase initiatives, including homeownership program development, community lending, organizational capacity building, and implementation support. Best for ongoing transformation, complex programs, or sustained capacity-building needs. Structured as a retainer, phased project, or milestone-based engagement.
