Strategic Planning Sessions
Strategic Planning Sessions help your organization pause, zoom out, and decide where you want your housing or homeownership work to be in the next three to five years—and how you will get there. We facilitate conversations that respect both your mission and your day‑to‑day constraints.
We begin with a clear picture of your current programs, staffing, funding, and partnerships. Then, through structured discussions with leadership, staff, board members, and sometimes key partners, we identify what is working, where there is strain, and what opportunities are emerging in your community and funding environment.
From there, we guide you in setting a small number of concrete, measurable goals—for example, number of households served, new program lines, or capital targets—and the specific actions, timelines, and responsibilities needed to reach them. The final product is a practical plan your team can reference in budget decisions, grant applications, and performance reviews, not a document that sits on a shelf. This clarity makes it easier to say yes and no to opportunities, align staff effort, and show funders how your housing work is evolving with intention.
